FullSite ("we," "our," or "us") operates a property management platform for RV parks and campgrounds, accessible at fullsite.io and book.fullsite.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information from two types of users: park operators (businesses that use FullSite to manage their properties) and guests (individuals who book stays through FullSite-powered booking pages).
Information We Collect
From Park Operators
- Account information: name, email address, password, business name, and contact details.
- Property information: park name, location, site inventory, pricing, and operational settings.
- Billing information: subscription payment details processed securely by Stripe.
- Usage data: how you interact with the FullSite dashboard.
From Guests (via park booking pages)
- Booking information: name, email address, phone number, check-in/check-out dates, and site selection.
- Payment information: credit and debit card data processed securely by Stripe. FullSite never stores or has access to your full card number.
- Communication preferences: email and SMS opt-in status.
Automatically collected
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and referring URLs.
How We Use Your Information
For park operators
- Provide, operate, and maintain the FullSite platform.
- Process subscription billing.
- Send platform updates, product announcements, and support communications.
- Analyze usage to improve the platform.
For guests
- Process and confirm reservations.
- Send booking confirmation, arrival reminder, and post-stay review request emails.
- Send SMS notifications related to your reservation (with your consent).
- Communicate on behalf of the park where you are staying.
Third-Party Service Providers
We work with the following third-party services that interact directly with your data:

- Twilio — SMS notifications related to your reservation.
We also work with cloud infrastructure providers to securely store and serve your data. These providers access only the data necessary to perform their services and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed by Stripe. FullSite operates using Stripe Connect, meaning each park is the merchant of record for their own transactions. FullSite does not store, process, or have access to full payment card numbers at any point. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards by Stripe.
Data Retention
We retain operator account data for the duration of the active subscription and up to 90 days following account closure. Guest booking data is retained for up to 24 months to support reservation history and tax record requirements. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals within 30 days of confirming the breach, in accordance with Florida's Information Protection Act and applicable state laws.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of marketing communications.
- For California residents: opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
